We provide combined chargeable speedboat transfers based on your international flight schedule. To arrange your transfer, please provide your flight details at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
If you are staying at another resort before your arrival, please inform us of the hotel or resort name. Our Front Office Team will coordinate directly with them to ensure a smooth transfer.
The round-trip speedboat transfer fee (inclusive of all taxes) is:
  • US$ 170 per adult
  • US$ 85 per child (ages 2-14.99)
  • Infants (under 2 years) travel free
The waiting time for the combined speedboat transfer varies between 30 to 60 minutes as it accommodates multiple guests arriving on different flights.

Yes, we can provide transfers from nearby islands. This service must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Fares will vary depending on the distance.

Yes, festive season fees apply and must be paid directly to the resort. Rates (excluding beverages) are as follows:

  • Christmas Eve Dinner (24 December)
    • Adults (15 and above): USD 160
    • Children (2 to 14.99): USD 80
  • New Year’s Eve Dinner (31 December)
    • Adults (15 and above): USD 200
    • Children (2 to 14.99): USD 100
  • Infants under 2 years old are complimentary.

Yes, we cannot accept damaged or defaced currency, including notes that are soiled, torn, stapled, or printed before 2003, as banks will not accept them.
