Booking Policy

• For group bookings of more than 10 rooms, confirmation is also subject to the submission of all guest names, especially in the case of multiple room reservations. Please contact us at: reservation@fihalhohi.com.mv
• Families with children are permitted to stay in Water Villas, provided a legal waiver is signed upon arrival and check-in.Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation of the booking for this room category, and alternative accommodation will not be guaranteed.
• Children are not permitted to stay in Deluxe Sky Rooms, regardless of age.

Cancellation Policy

• Changes to dates or length of stay are considered revisions and may result in charges.
• No refunds for early departures or cancellations due to weather.
• No-shows and early departures: 100% of total stay will be charged.

Payment & Prepayment

• The resort reserves the right to charge the full amount at any time after booking based on the booking term and conditions .
• Non-refundable bookings will be charged 100%, with no refund permitted.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash: USD / Euro
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
• UnionPay: In-resort only
• Cheques are not accepted.
• The same credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. If another card is to be used, contact the resort in advance.

Taxes & Fees

• A Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night applies to all guests aged 2 years and above.
• Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice, in accordance with government regulations.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
• Check-out: By 12:00 (Noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Transfers & Arrival Information

• Provide full legal names of all guests and children’s ages at the time of booking.
• Flight details must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival.
• The resort is not responsible for issues caused by missing or incomplete travel information.

Special Event Dining Supplements

Mandatory charges apply for festive events (excluding beverages):

• Infants under 2 years: Complimentary
• All rates include 10% service charge + 17% GST

Minimum Age Requirement

• At least one guest aged 18 years or older must be present at check-in with a valid credit card, and is responsible for the reservation and payment.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before confirming your reservation.
The resort does not make exceptions to its cancellation policy for:

• Personal emergencies
• Medical issues
• Weather disruptions
• Flight delays or missed connections
